Pre-Registration Reward – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This reward is available to users who pre-register for Dead Ahead: Roadside on Google Play prior to the official launch date. Participants must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in their country) and have a valid Google Play account.

2. Reward Description
Users who successfully pre-register will receive an exclusive in-game item — upon the game's official launch.

3. Reward Delivery
The Hero Helmet will be automatically delivered to the player's account automatically on the day of the game's official release. Simply download and launch Dead Ahead: Roadside after its release to claim your reward. If the reward is not received within 7 days of launch, please contact our support team at support@mobirate.com.

4. Non-Transferability
The reward is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods, or services.

5. Availability
This offer is valid in all countries where Dead Ahead: Roadside is available for pre-registration on Google Play, unless otherwise stated. ABE ENTERTAINMENT LTD reserves the right to modify the list of eligible countries at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability
ABE ENTERTAINMENT LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the pre-registration reward program at any time without prior notice. In such cases, ABE ENTERTAINMENT LTD shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result.

7. Privacy
Participation in the pre-registration program is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.mobirate.com/privacy-policy. We do not collect any additional personal data beyond what is provided through your Google Play account.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
